Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones and emails.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on high satisfaction.
- Enforce hotel security policies and monitor building access.
- Process payments accurately and maintain accurate cash and credit reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Professional appearance and strong problem-solving abilities.
