Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to guests upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process with accuracy and speed.
- Front Office Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems, manage correspondence, and handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Security Management: Monitor access control systems, verify identification, and ensure the safety and security of the facility and guests at all times.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, maintain accurate logs of daily activities, and assist with light clerical duties as required.
- Shift Coordination: Assist in the handover of information between morning, evening, and night shifts to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and demonstrate high integrity.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
