Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment information.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and balance daily deposits accurately.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but we are willing to train entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.
