Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment methods.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Handle front desk operations, including processing reservations, managing key cards, and maintaining accurate guest logs.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
