Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps and innovation briefs for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology opportunities and threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and media as a company thought leader
- Monitor global geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts impacting industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations for Fortune 500 companies
