Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitical, and socioeconomic domains to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain future scenario models using foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Translate complex future projections into actionable strategic plans for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future insights through executive briefings, white papers, and conference keynotes
- Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) parameters into all strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals or platforms
- Experience leading high-impact innovation projects with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least two languages with global market perspective
