Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Produce annual 'FutureScan' reports with market disruption analysis
- Design innovation pipelines for sustainable business transformation
- Advocate ethical AI governance and human-centric technology standards
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
