Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify 2026 business implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Monitor emerging technologies for strategic acquisition and partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., biotech, Web3, neuromarketing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi methods, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in data visualization and scenario planning software
