Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement early-stage innovation pilots for emerging business models
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive committee
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
