Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms to scout next-generation technologies
- Design organizational resilience programs to prepare for systemic shifts in labor markets and regulatory landscapes
- Present future-vision briefings to stakeholders, translating complex scenarios into actionable strategies
- Oversee the Future Innovation Lab, managing a $5M annual R&D budget for high-impact moonshot projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futures consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with exponential growth
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing, or quantum applications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
