Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to inform long-term business roadmaps and investment priorities
- Champion innovation through cross-functional workshops, design sprints, and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives that drive organizational alignment and action
- Oversee portfolio of moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Track record of implementing foresight insights into successful business transformations
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in future-focused publications or conferences
