Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing innovation strategies in Fortune 500 or tech scale-up environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or innovation management frameworks (e.g., Doblin)
