Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with company's 10-year vision
- Lead strategic initiatives in emerging tech fields (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Identify market disruption opportunities and competitive threats
- Manage R&D partnerships with top-tier research institutions
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive products/services
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis skills
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup principles
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
