Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning company goals with long-term technological trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-tech) and their impact on the industry.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate futuristic visions into quarterly operational plans.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Monitor global geopolitical and economic shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities leading up to 2026.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Planning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the Technology, Aerospace, or Financial Services sectors is highly preferred.
