Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with speed and accuracy using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and room status
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
