Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Perform daily audits of cash transactions and financial reports
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and appearance
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
