Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for resort guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Utilize Opera property management system efficiently
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest stays
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Valid Nevada Gaming Card or ability to obtain immediately
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
