Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Support housekeeping teams with room preparation and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Operate hotel software systems to manage reservations and guest profiles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
