Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, resolving any inquiries or complaints with a smile.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and health regulations.
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior staff members to maintain high service standards.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or shift work is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
