Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and payment processing.
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Address guest complaints or concerns immediately with a focus on problem resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with room preparation and inventory management as required by management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property meets high standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
