Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and reservations management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, housekeeping, and bell staff during your shift.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our strict standards.
- Manage cash handling and POS systems accurately and securely.
- Enforce all safety protocols, fire regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Hospitality or Hotel Management degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
