Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and staff performance during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are met.
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a focus on service recovery.
- Train and mentor new staff members to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on supply needs.
- Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or housekeeping supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
