Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, welcoming, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless.
- Operational Support: Assist in front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services during designated shifts.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in guest rooms and public areas, adhering to strict health and sanitation protocols.
- Shift Management: Monitor property security, manage key control, and oversee lobby activities to ensure a secure environment.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members and management to ensure smooth daily operations across all departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
