Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Perform light maintenance duties and assist housekeeping as needed.
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is preferred.
