Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests efficiently using hotel management software.
- Ensure the lobby, dining areas, and public spaces are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and handling check-in/check-out procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle cash handling and POS operations accurately during shifts.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
