Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in processes with a smile.
- Guest Assistance: Provide directions, answer questions, and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, take reservations, and maintain accurate guest records using hotel software.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates to housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- General Maintenance: Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a strong desire to serve others.
