Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipating needs
- Perform daily room cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking to brand standards
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in all guest areas
- Contribute to positive team dynamics and cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for position)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Customer service-focused with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
