Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations, including housekeeping schedules and maintenance requests.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to manage reservations and room assignments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required by business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
