Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling payments, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Assist with mail, package deliveries, and general concierge services to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide full training for motivated individuals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and familiarity with property management software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
