As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of our hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience while we maintain the highest standards of security and service.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Conduct efficient check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a focus on guest satisfaction and accuracy.
- Financial Accuracy: Perform nightly audits and reconcile financial transactions, including room charges and incidental accounts.
- Property Security: Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security rounds to ensure the safety of guests and assets.
- Guest Relations: Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update guest profiles, and ensure the lobby and public areas are tidy and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency, especially with property management systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
