Job Overview:
As a member of our Housekeeping and Hotel Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and common areas are immaculate, safe, and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to company standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities such as soap and toiletries.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately to management.
- Organize and stock housekeeping carts and storage areas efficiently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and room status.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
