Responsibilities
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Linens Management: Strip beds, wash and fold linens, and ensure ample stock is available for housekeeping carts.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in guest rooms.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or broken furniture to the engineering department immediately.
- Public Area Maintenance: Dust, vacuum, and mop public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all hotel safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe stay for guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
