Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and guest inquiries efficiently during assigned shifts.
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations or customer service.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
