Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain highest service standards
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Valid Missouri Food Handler certification
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
