Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services promptly.
- Assist in the housekeeping department with laundry, making beds, and restocking amenities.
- Handle baggage for guests and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to resolve any guest issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards set by the hotel management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
