Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance)
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and brand standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for seamless operations
- Monitor inventory and supply chain management
- Process financial transactions and reporting duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for 24/7 shift coverage (days, nights, weekends)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
