Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions and daily operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking as needed
- Support special events and seasonal demands during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
