Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all operational areas
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions and handovers
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all health department and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
