Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- Fluency in English; Spanish beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly
