Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services exceeding expectations in check-in/out, concierge, and dining operations
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping/maintenance requests with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly using conflict resolution best practices
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless event and banquet execution
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions
- Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and service excellence protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced settings with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid Kentucky hospitality certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
