Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for operational excellence
- Utilize PMS systems for reservations and inventory management
- Upsell hotel amenities and dining experiences
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual English/Spanish speakers strongly encouraged
