Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with personalized attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS systems
- Coordinate housekeeping operations to maintain 5-star cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Execute flawless event setups for weddings, conferences, and social gatherings
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with PMS systems
- Valid food handler/servsafe certification (for F&B roles)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
