Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with precision
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in PMS systems and reservation management software
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record for valet duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to financial accuracy
