Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinate housekeeping services to maintain impeccable guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist with event setup and guest concierge services
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy (PMS systems a plus)
- Valid California driver's license (for valet positions)
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
