Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Complete end-of-day financial reconciliations and reports
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional guest interactions
- Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for property vehicle operation if needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
