Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and suites to luxury standards
- Deep-clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas daily
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and hotel sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness timelines
- Provide turndown services and special guest requests
- Train junior staff on cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
