Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Execute detailed deep cleaning protocols including carpet care, upholstery, and surface disinfection
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment with precision
- Adapt to special requests from guests and management promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols exceeding industry standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to management immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or high-end residential settings
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous cleaning standards
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 30 lbs), and move throughout shift
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
