Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory logs
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols including OSHA standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly to management
- Coordinate with front desk for room status updates and special requests
- Maintain professional appearance and exceptional guest interaction standards
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or high-end hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and drug screening required
