Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to exceed sanitation standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Execute detailed room turnover procedures with precision and speed
- Document cleaning activities and maintain quality control logs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early morning, evening, weekend)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Certification in sanitation or hospitality preferred
