Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Manage room turnover between guest stays efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and supply inventory needs
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid AZ driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest communication
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation guidelines preferred
